Resources

Recruiting and retention are at the forefront of our efforts. Any staffing agency can make calls and deploy people to a site with little or no regard for the task at hand. GSS delivers long-lasting solutions, tailored to specific projects. The key to our success pivots on our dedicated teams of recruiters, selected and trained according to each discipline we support.

Along these lines, GSS is divided into three major components:
The Federal Systems Division

This division encompasses a specialized team of professionals with extensive background in the field of Government contracting whose sole purpose is to recruit, test, clear and deploy qualified candidates. All the work pivots on performance work statements given to us by our customers. This ongoing effort does not rely on incoming orders. By contrast, our specialists understand each process and are constantly recruiting and vetting qualified candidates with the understanding that processing them through the end user usually takes additional time. As such, GSS anticipates imponderables and allows customers to deliver to the Government in a timely and efficient manner.

The Private Sector Division

Solidly anchored in Human Resources, our private sector team covers the entire management and administrative spectrum in an efficient and cost-effective manner. With a combined three decades of experience in the field, this team of managers and recruiters expedite placement through a coordinated efforts with other divisions and with the tiger teams strategically located throughout the country.

The IT Division

At the heart of our recruiting efforts lies the IT Division and its Contract Management System (CMS). This massive database--developed over nearly two decades of performance--encompasses more than 20,000 active, potential candidates most of which could be deployed on very short-notice anywhere in the country and overseas. The CMS--through a network of peripheral, interrelated databases--also tracks time keeping, task orders, cumulative funding, payroll, history of requirements, demographics, ethnic statistics, and a myriad of other key component of the selection and production processes .
